If deal is denied

If the Doj has a problem with this deal wouldn’t they have a problem with anyone buying OH. Might be bad for OH holders if this fails including me,
just thoughts.

no it is possibel because the 2 together may dominate, where another co may acquire to get acess to USA

No, I wouldn’t jump to that conclusion. The DOJ is really just looking closer here because of anti-competition issues...and that’s because CL is already a dominant player nationally and OH is THE dominant player in the most populated state in America. Another company that doesn’t have a leading position in the US like CL does could certainly acquire them without an issue.  Whether the deal ...more
