The testimony is for C 2418-2021, which is the lawsuit against Ossa and Claro & Co. filed by MSX and BJ. Barrick is not a party to this lawsuit. Nothing needs to be disclosed as there is absolutely no liability to Barrick, let alone anything "serious".
It is simply a nuisance request as John Thornton probably isn't even aware of the lawsuit against Ossa and Claro, let alone would he have any relevant testimony about Ossa's affidavit.
