Nice interview but he still doesn't address the massive overpay for cubeler. The reality is their China business had terrible margins and he thought he could expand into Canada to improve overall margins.

At the last AGM JJ suggested shareholders should trust that Cubeler In NA would be successful because of the success in China. What a crock considering the business models are different for both. There is zero proof/market research that there is demand for the data Cubeler may generate from letting SMEs use a platform for free. If the fairness opinion for the Cubeler purchase has any validity they

Thanks for posting that. Gotta hand it to old JJ, he talks a good shpiel, and some of what he says is compelling, but I'm afraid it won't make any difference. The Cublar deal was opbviously a monumental blunder and JJ has to own that.   I suspect that waiting in the wings is an entity that will take our assets and bankrupt the company before launching themselves debt free and cleaning
