The problem right now is MMCap and their hedges buddies are likely shorting the sh!t out if it trying to force Andy's hand to a settlement. That's all they are after in the first place. These predatory hedge funds need to be stopped and the regulators in Canada don't seem to have any motivation to do so. I hope Andy tells them to fuk off and we litigate, and at the same time sell $25M or so VRNO and buyback shares, tighten the float and squeeze these punks.
