This A.M. Verano Raises $100mm at $28.50/sh 4-Mo Hold!

That is impressive.  Very strong statement of future value.  SOL at $5.00 is cheap.   Even paying MM $100million to go away, it's Verano holdings alone are ~$10/share.

Still wonder why the constant selling pressure on sol. Very puzzled. Fundamentaly looks better than probably all cannabis stocks out there. thats discounting all the other non cannabis holdings it has as well. Anyone have any meaningful insight besides profittakers and the litigation which is highly unlikely to impact the valuation much at all???

This stock will not trade on fundamentals.   The problem is with perception of management...there are too many questions regarding their integrity to see anything close to a valuation that makes sense.   They could resolve this perception with one PR release on how they are going to unlock the VRNO value.  The longer they take the more doubt and selling pressure is going ...more

The problem right now is MMCap and their hedges buddies are likely shorting the sh!t out if it trying to force Andy's hand to a settlement. That's all they are after in the first place. These predatory hedge funds need to be stopped and the regulators in Canada don't seem to have any motivation to do so. I hope Andy tells them to fuk off and we litigate, and at the same time sell $25M ...more

I'd rather they keep the shares and let's see what VRNO is worth in 2-3 yrs. I'm more interested in the potential of 3-5x bagger than selling VRNO now. The CEO cannot control the price of shares, there is always push and pull. Eventually logic should prevail.

I disagree given the level of of manipulation possible in the market especially on these smaller names. You only need to look at the share price history to see where the manipulators can bring the share price to. CEO needs to protect shareholder value and disrupt the shorties.

In no particular order: The Management is an "interim" CEO who has detractors and an "interim" CFO who is a part-time contract hire of the CEO Governance (3 man board and 2 would appear to be the interim CEO's pals) CEO lives in Miami, 1 director lives in the Bahamas and the other... No institutional shareholder to impose discipline Shareholder ...more

All good points. But the puzzling part of all these points is the fact that the share price still ran upto $7 knowing all this!! What could cause the share price to drop this hard amid  Verano opening up even higher than expected?? Also seeing an up day with weed stocks and sol down again on the day. Crazy...
