RE:RE:RE:NewsWell  i didn`t hear  any PROMISE of no further financings. i thought thay they needed a bit more to secure the Uranus for the next drilling like they did a yearish ago.TCF makes money but they needed $10 or so up front now,the last time it was like $15 mill up front to secure  the Uranus ..wasn`t it, and like now after the roll back it is a lot easier to do this.  Last time i bet
