On April 26, 2012 and in accordance with its Restricted Share Unit Plan, the board of directors of Callinan Royalties granted a total of 1,158,000 Restricted Share Units to its directors, officers, consultants and employees. One third of all RSUs shall vest annually in January of every consecutive year.
