Restricted Share Units

Can anyone explain to me how these RSUs work.  I note that both Butler and Irwin excercised rights to acquire RSUs on Jan.3 . Then they excercised the right to convert those into common shares.  I don,t get why they get thses RSU,s to begin with and how many do they have and are they going to get more every year. They haven't done much to earn this sort of "bonus" so they are just feathering their own nests.

This is why offerings are so steady and sizable here in January.   GRIZZ I guess the market will have to chew through most of this Jan's 386,000 shares before we can hope for any price appreciation. As usual the Directors, managers, consultants, employees get first kick at the can while ...more

i'm just trading it, and keeping a core. Sell in the 2.20''s, buy under 2.15. I'll continue to do that until the game runs out. The core can sit there and nab the divvy. Really hard to complain about the stock as the div does mount up after a few years, and i can sleep at night holding it. i still think the stock is a strong buy as the royalty is pretty solid.
