RE:Carbon tax here to stayAndrew Scheer would probably agree with you, as would the integrated oil companies. Status quo is working great for all of them: plenty of profit on that low grade low price bitumen leaving for their low tax US refineries, just sit back and complain until the electorate forgets about Harper.  Another Liberal majority would guarantee Trudeau risks nothing on real environmental leadership and that he maintains his vacuous leadership position. Sooner or later Canadians will see the environmental parade going by and cheer him as he rushes in to lead it.
