Actually, it looks like Cineworld did file for bankruptcy, but only in the United States. And the judge said Cineplex is still free to pursue their claim through the Canadian courts. Yes, probably you ...more

Interesting claim but, I can find no evidence of it. The last news reports about this situation say that Cineplex won the US $1.25 billion judgment. Of course, Cineworld was struggling during the ...more
