RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Company wasting moneyIt wasn't a bad job as far as most things go. I think a lot had to do with what type of person you had as a manager. Some really shouldn't have been made managers! I didn't get bonuses at my previous job during the year, but didn't get a decent year end bonus. I always felt like we were taking advantage of people though. I used to do collections at my previous jobs but it's different collecting from a business than someone who's on assistance and got pulled into the cycle of borrowing and re-borrowing till they're over their head in debt.
