The CRO didn't even have the decency to tell the remaining Senior Mgmt team before he released the news.
Good thing he and RTI are getting paid so well. What's the new number they have earned for their 7 months of hard work and poor negotiating..... is it over $7M????? Yes it is. Essentially they have bled the DIP financing into their own pockets. What should be seen as a crime here is that the court system doesn't seem to care about any of this. I guess white collar crime is acceptable if you just come at it from the angle that you are entitled. Yes Bill Aziz you are entitled. Well done. Someone who brags about how much business experience he has must feel good about being as big a crook as those he took out.
Gosh I'm glad this investment nightmare is finally over.
