Guidance

Guidance

I had a feeling that Don Pearson would be asked to stay. Same as that other guy. It makes the transition to the new team much easier but it is not a long term solution. Pearson was still in charge when Dominion collapsed and when the Winnipeg Stadium went sideways. As I said earlier, he is a plodder with no vision and no ability to make the changes needed to bring SODC in line with its competitors.

I like that they reduced the corporate staff by 20% but they still need to get rid of Darryl Sands and the other top idiots that were part of Houck's reign on terror. I still don't think the new tandem of Lemay and Haughey still understand the real problem when they announce that they will continue with their move to SAP as a major milestone in reporting. They need to fix the problem of implementation of their projects. The SAP system only tells them that the barn door was left open after the horses left! It does not tell them to shut the door in the first place.

Expect the same results for 2012 and 2013.
