ARE are run by people with construction experience. Their previous President was a MBA guy from Finance. He wanted to build a conglomerate. He did not understand construction, failed in his approach and was fired. At least ARE learned from their mistake and hired a construction guy into into the top position, unlike Churchill who hired another gas jockey. Mr Bellstedt, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Enough said.
