RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Daryl Sands CFODaryl Sands had a huge hand in the decline of SOX. He was like a vrus that destoyed the body from the inside. His reorganizations of internal operations, his financial management policies, his gutting of indidival responsibilites led the destruction of the indivdual companies soul, motivation and direction. Lemay was the face of this bloated, diseased body and was too weak, too inexperienced and little educated to know any better. He relied and deferred to Sands.

Is it too late. Time will tell but a death spiral is hard to stop.
