RE:RE:RE:$1.75 SP down $0.94??The backlog they now have means nothing if you read between the lines in the reports they issue. Stuart Olson is known as a construction manager and the current backlog other than a small component is pure hard bid at 2%-5% Gross Margin. The Risk profile on this stock is massive. Now they will be chasing revenue and the gross margin will deteriating further as their people dont know hard bids. Wait for the Q4 numbers and you will see a much bigger issue in my view. I dont see a takeover as when you look at the dept and what they are worth the numbers dont even make closely sence. Like someone once said if you want to be a farmer you buy 100 cows and pay for the 100. The day when you go and collect them you expect a 100 cows and not 50.........
