$1.75 SP down $0.94??

I don't get it.  Insiders own only 2% of the company, yet the CEO's compensation is $1,449,446?  How is it this sh-thead of a CEO continues to reign for over 6.5 years?  Institutions owns 36%.  The General Public (the mes and yous) owns 63% (a majority).  What the hell!?

I doubt it.  I think this corrupt CEO and Board cut the divy to intentionally lower the price for very a shifty takeover.   I'll be holding out to get some more of my money back.

Ha well there you go! Talk about panic selling. They still have a solid backlog of work, and cutting the dividend was actually the prudent thing to do in my opinion.. I hate to see companies pay out a dividend for way longer than they should just because they always have. Rip that bandaid off, and turn the ship around.

The backlog they now have means nothing if you read between the lines in the reports they issue. Stuart Olson is known as a construction manager and the current backlog other than a small component is pure hard bid at 2%-5% Gross Margin. The Risk profile on this stock is massive. Now they will be chasing revenue and the gross margin will deteriating further as their people dont know hard bids ...more
