(Seacliff )Dominion had a good balance of Design Build, Stipulated sum, and Construction management work.  The thing is the best talent left when regional offices were either amalgamated with a to hell with the consquences attitude, or left on thier own to much trhough the transition.  ALSO The decision to swotch to SAP accounting was the disaster that hurt the most.  Do you know what SAP stands for in Construction?  S.end A.nother P.erson.  It may work for manufacturing or government, but when your most talented individuals are chained to a desk to write a PO or prepare a forecast or log productivity, they lose track of what matters.  Quality end results, a Productive Workforce, and Happy Clients.
