RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CrowDominion had a brief shining moment prior to 2008 when the market was strong. They never fixed their internal issues and the chickens came home to roost after the purchase. Surprise! Their best branch - Saskwatchewn left en masse and the brightest (relatively speaking) left when the offices merged.

SAP was a harbinger of things to come as Head Office rammed program changes without support from the individual companies. The real hammer was the elimination of long-held profit share and bonus programs. Instead, they issued SOX stock and no cash.

Houck was ramming his oil experience into a construction company. When Lemay took over he had no clue what to do. Remember that consultant they brought on to hold his hand for year?
