Wonder if we will soon hear more from Crescendo Partners. Management's public response to the letter from Crescendo Partners and Jamarant Capital, in which they touted the company's successes certainly hasn't aged very well.

I would love to hear from  Crescendo Partners and Jamarant Capital . How about a merger with Aecon or Bird ?

I can't see any kind of merge unless  with pcl. Hostile from aecon, maybe. half the problem here is culture. I see in the financials a 200k charge for "activist investor" expense. Those director meetings get pricey I guess. looks like Sox is going to push out bonus' to try and make q1 look better but still have every intent of paying them.good gig here for someone. Meetings and lawyers fees can end up being in the millions. Don't laugh as I have seen this happen to other companies and it gets real expensive very fast. Now that SOX is in protection mode you have to think of what is the next item to get chopped? I think under $4.00 is where I start to get interested and I buy hard under $3.25 Just my thoughts of course but I did see the dreaded Divi cut ...more

SOX has a lot of lawsuits on the books right now.  One would assume that those would have to get cleared up before a merger.
