LeMay is the most tough minded Canadian I ever met. This is what you get when a "Leader" don't listen to his management in the operating side of the business. I guess to be Mr. nice guy attitude don't pay off now..........

I think you are accurate in your assessment of LeMay. Most managers I know who left over the past 7 years (Since LeMay became CEO) left not just because of his in-ability to lead but due to him being passively vindictive. By not making decisions on the non-performers he is actually putting the people who still want to contribute to this once great company in a position where they lost interest ...more
