David Lemay make more in last 3 years than all shaerholders

This is freaking Pathetic.  David Lemay made more in Salary and bonus in last three years than the $4 million paid out to shareholders.  They paid and suckers many good employees into buying share for pension.  And poof gone is 10 years of pension savings..  david lemay and all members of compensation comittee could be sued by all shareholders.  How does it work that the denbenture offering is paid out first?  If a single executive owns a nickel of these debenture shares that were not originaly set up as prefered they must be sacrified to the common shareholder.

there are rules, small cap shareholders will get more.  I have a hard copy share certificate it will cost them dearly to take off the books.

I could retired for what this sparky foreman made in a year, yet i now have to work two more years.  How much does the board get back from the Broada Deal?  What abbout the assets?  would have been better to close up shop, sell assets and pay sharholders more than $4 million.  I want a bobcat.
