I never look at shares outstanding as a sole indicator. It's all about market cap and the value of their assets. At .15, we're sitting at a total valuation of $45 million. By comparison ...more

Hate to pile it on but it bears noting the 22mm accompanying warrants at .075. The silver lining here- and this is mere speculatoin on my part- but .15 per share would seem a reasonble bottom; the .05 ...more

Simply Share Dilution

IMO with roughly 210,000,000 known shares issued in the last year, what we have here is simply share dilution. I've seen this before in BB's, everything seems just fine for a while ...more

cheap shares

We have traded roughly 7 million shares since Harp's departure on June 22 how many of those are the .05 cent paper are any ones guess with the total being 22,000,000 we still have a ways to go.

to gator, those papers you spoke about are private and only for the selling broker and only required if you qualify your shares for selling prior to the 12 month hold using the 144 exemption, which ...more

Sales by participants in private placements do not require reporting. Institutions that hold less than 5% need not report either. Company officers and board member- different story. Those 22 mm ...more

Gator - technically you may be correct... but of all the BB scams i've seen (not saying this is one of them) they find a way to do the selling without the paperwork.

Any shareholders of the 5 cent and 45 cent placement has to file a 144 declaration and a sellers representation. Those people that want to sell would have to do this in order to qualify their shares.  ...more
