facts come from SEC filings made by the company, overwatched by its attorneys and auditors. the facts filed with the SEC say the .05 pp closed in november and was increased and second tranche closed ...more

No rockfish but we couldn't keep the smaller bluefish and perch away from our lines. Great weekend for fishing albeit cold on the water. Good luck with the blackfish.
