RE:Why no $2- $3 price?

RE:Why no $2- $3 price?From a US centric perspective

1.) it trades on the OTC, so there are commisions
2.) it trades on the OTC
3.) DNG on the US OTC market has now become a joke
4.) both dividend and stock price in the US are subject to currency conversion risk and foreign tax.
5.) while the stock seems to be disconnected from a rising gold price, it never fails to fall on a falling gold price.
6.) company has gone from making grandiose claims which never materlized to becoming completely opaque.
7.) company will never actually become a miner in my lifetime, which was the primary raison detre for a lot of early investors i.e. 'milling just provides the cash to bring Tumi to production'
8.) there really is no REAL exposure to the price of gold with DNG

Finally ... just why should one invest new capital, much less more capital, in an unknown Candian penny stock that I don't think anybody can really figure out at this point when I can buy CAT, or RTX, or VIAC, etc., all of whom are (now) at rock bottom prics and thus (now) have larger dividends and much less of the country, currency, fallng gold price, etc., risk?
