It's not a good sign when the CFO leaves a deal in such a mess. Too bad the rest of the management group is still involved. I am glad I got most of my money out of this soon to be defunct company ...more

Return to trading

I think before the company comes back to trade they need two quarterly sets of financials as well as meeting minimum listing requirements even after getting their audit complete. This is a long shot ...more

Financials still not complete - what does that say about the board and management. Bridge Financing - not a good sign - and how can they get financed without completed financial and a trading stock ...more

Almost the end of August and no audit. These guys should resign and let someone who knows what they are doing try to resurrect this company. This is a shameful performance.
