The same thing Singapore developed and Alberta/ Deloite charged them $625,000 to change for Albertas use. Most people do not or can not use this anyways.
Different from from HS contract tracing which is to automate the manual contact racing process to be upto 5 times more efficient when the Public health agencies needs the extra capacity.
So manual tracing is always going to be the go to method for Public Health agencies.
