i didn't know you were testing him about offtake agreements.  My bad.  But let me acknowledge that every economist or financial analyst can use the information provided by a great accountant.

As for HPQ and in case of Purevap QRR, I believe BT stated several occasions that they know how to scale up the existing pilot plant.  Lot of information available to sign a profitable contract now.  As you know, one always builds in a contingency.
