Pros:
- U3O8 spot price keeps going up.
- Location: Large land packages in Athabasca core area beside Cameco and Denison.
- Strong support from institutions, like Pinetree, Canaccord. Pinetree CEO becomes a board member and started buying recently.
- Price: cheap. Though it moved a bit but it is still undervalued compareing to the peers and the history price.

Cons:
- Need more intensive exploration work and need spectacular drill results like HAT's
