My guess would be they were related to issued RSU's. The RSU's had a value in the $1.50's so were likely cashed out upon vesting, and reported as sales, otherwise he would have to

With the spike in oil due to the Russian / Ukraine situation, I hope Journey has a keen eye on putting a hedge on at least some portion of their oil production. Would seem a prudent thing to do
