Total term debt is $76 M. Capitalised interest (~$10 M) and contingent liabilities ( ~$10 M and contingent on future oil prices therefore not booked. $ 5.75 M to bank syndicate and $5.75 M to Aimco)

The AIMco debt is included, but it is not $38 million any more.  Journey paid back $10.75 million early.  They also owe AIMco an amount known as contingent liabilities based on energy prices ...more
