One other potential reason Journey broke past 1.95...breakin 2 bucks in the context of the market shocked me... It is possible Jouney is going to sell their Duvernary Holdings to Kiwetinohk ...more

Alex Verge has done an incredible job . Mr. Verge with direct ownership of shares ,indirect ownership ,options,rights etc has more than a 10%  position.  Now that is impressive.

No, it is not taken off.  Capital spending is usually financed through fund flow.
