@Cider6000 your math is fundamentally incorrect. Again, for those that care to read the Preliminary Prospectus, the discount will be 25% to a five day vwap; those days being the 5 trading days ...more

Yes after this passes Glen can buy out the rest of KAT BUT, after pricing KAT shares @ 18 cents( today) to raise $7.6B;   dilution will be approximately 60:1 You get one right for every KAT ...more
