I don't think that Glencore is allowed to re-price the rights offering after the news release. If Glencore is trying to do that, the regulator will not approve it.  I am hopefully though that ...more

if the price drops below .265 they won't be able to cover the debt for 1:15 rights share correct? They will need 20 or 30 shares per owned share. Can they go more than 15 shares rights?

I also feel independent directors and special committee has betrayed us. Their only excuse is: recapitalization would happen anyway before 2021 - so let it happen sooner than later. That is totally ...more

Thanks for doing that!  Glencore chose the worst time (best time for them) to take away shares from us - many of us may not have that much money to purchase the rights offering, it is not fair ...more

LOL dont know who the reatailers are still buying at 17 cents, with 30 billion shares, with todays market cap it translates to a price of 1 cent approx, bound to go near 5 cents.

sell 95 % shares, hold 5% rights to buy 20x shares to get back what you own before.
