For Glencore to take it private, it would assume to assume the huge debt. Of course they won't do that. Bankruptcy first, then fire sale without the debt. That's the only way it's going.

All or part, then will pay 0.13/share. later if Glencore take it private, cnetainly will pay more than that, so at least I will recover some of my loss Is it correct?

So this is it? They are going to buy us out based on this 13 cents plus a buyout premium of posssibly 30 percent. Or they going to be even dirtier and bring this thing right to Zero. Any hope?
