Looks like someon shorted PDG 690,000 shares between Sept 30 and before the halt on the 15th. Ouch that must have stung a little. Hope they made it back already. M

AUX Aquisition
is buying out Galway and Calvista for huge premiums and these companies don't have clse to what Prodigy has. This deal blows chunks in comparison. Do your DD people and save your shares (IMO) M

Richmont has done their own DD over the years when Golden Goose was operator (SP of 0.40).. not sure how they missed 6 million ounces, 500 metres from their own mill..... I bet they are kicking

I am surprised Richmont hasn't stepped up .Carmel says at the Denver Gold Show they are looking to aquire and have talked to several companies .I wonder if Prodigy was one.

Yes, Argonaut is getting a good deal buying effectively 6.5 million ounces of gold in the ground for about $47/oz. Around $300 million for the gold, $ for $ for the cash. Total $341

prodigy 2.6 million ounces cost $ 460 an ounce and the their cost to buy $55 = 515 an ounce compared to 620 seems to me there room to move and someone knows this

AR would not be buying themselves. Any agents, banks etc who advised/arranged the deal could see it through by buying shares with little risk, as the deal will go through if no counter offer comes or

dugbenny, break fees of this size being quite common does not mean it is not blackmail. Break fees are used to tilt the scale to try to force shareholders to give up their asset at a low price
