  With a 19% decline rate and RLI of about 15 years. It would be stealing getting this under 6 dollars a share. Most of the sales of late have gone for around 80,000 per flowing for light oil ...more

So LNV has 47 million shares out. 9.3 million or 19.8% is owned by the mysterious suitor. 11.84 million shares are owned by the syndicate of underwriters: RBC, First Energy etc that underwrote the AAV ...more
