I've traded LNV a few times for a decent profit and bought lots at $4.39 when the price went down. I sold about half my holdings at $5.50 ish because nothing will happen until Surge makes a move ...more

The initial deal was for a share swap, so no reason to believe that will change. But if you think you will get more than 1 Surge share for each LNV share, you are dreaming.
