Maybe that knock out punch on GEO is coming.....
And Lee wanted his shares back while the stock price is depressed. Why would Lee payoff the loan now to get his shares back? Now TJ you may not be losing any sleep over this GEO stuff

From the Nov 5 2012 signed by Lee SEC filing when Lee put up his personal shares for a loan. All the proceeds from that loan was paid to LLEN. Far Remarks: Mr. Lee transferred

Lee had put the shares up for collateral on a personal loan. He paid back the loan and reclaimed the shares. Here is what it says at the bottom of the sec filing...... Explanation of

I figured it too was worded poorly. I think they were trying to say that no one other than Union had an interest in the mines...it was 100% Union. Now LLEN has 95%, and union retained 5%...
