Seems like seekingalpha has been a great platform to promote illegal shorting activities.  I'm surprised to leanr that the gross profit is only $2.8 million....

If L and L is fraudulent,

they appear to have at least not cooked the cash portion of their assests.   I mean the cash balance was until the recent recoupment of the loan to Bowie - was always diminishing ...more
