any entity that holds 10% or more shares in the Company is subject to reporting that holding, anytime they do business with the Company they have to report. Get used to the fact that there are simply too many shares O/S for the company to effectively operate, perhaps they have enough money now, maybe they don't, but sooner or later you are going to get rolled back, and if doing it were I in mngt, I would recomend a very substantial 20 for 1 or more, if going to bite the bullet, bite it hard one time.
