I agree with you.  I voted no on the merger.  However, Sprott on board would at least bring positive publicity to the project.  A silver (pun intended) lining if the deal goes through.

Haywood Silver we will lose 75% of the asset with this deal.  It is better if Sprott or any other well known group comes in and finances LVN directly for 20% interest...We will still have 80 ...more

The 20% decrease represents the 20% increase via Sprott.  Personally, I am on the fence with Sprott.  That being said, he does generate hype, look what happened to the LVN shares today.  ...more

It will be about 25% after the subscription receipts are converted to shares.  This management put us into a very bad deal that just got alot worse.  When management has no skin in the game ...more
