Hello

Like I said previously, it’s a done deal. Retail  typically never decides a vote. All of you very happy shareholders will look back on this day and realize what an opportunity it was when it gets taken out for $10 per share.

GLTA.......Discovery shareholders!

I hope you are right, but we will see.

You are right Blackpine...It seems that the vote was already pre-planned....Hence a done deal.  In the proxy that was sent out...you are appointing one of the management team to vote your shares on your behalf if you cannot attend the meeting.  If the management withheld or changed your NO vote it would be a done deal.  This is why it is so important to release the total number of ...more

If we assume everyone here who said they would vote no, actually voted no. My 689,000 shares voted no.

"You are right Blackpine...It seems that the vote was already pre-planned..." Lets all be very clear here and stop and think about this, when I penned my first post on this thread some week or two ago I made the comment "done deal" out of shear opinion only,. Even though i'm a large shareholder in the oxygen group of companies I don't for one second have insider info I ...more

Your vote is very important regardless of the number of Levon Shares, options, or warrants you own. If you are a registered holder of Levon Shares as recorded on the register maintained by or on behalf of Levon (a “Registered Shareholder”) or a Levon Optionholder or Levon Warrantholder and you are unable to attend the Meeting in person, we encourage you to complete, sign, date, and return the ...more

I used to work at one of the 3rd party firms (Broadridge) on Long Island that handles all sorts of corporate votes.  It is handled via their website proxyvote.com.  We actually checked the software hourly to ensure it was tabulating correctly.  I can assure you that if the press release indicated 76% voted yes the numbers are accurate. I knew the vote would probably be somewhere ...more

Heywood the numbers do not seem to add up.  I know of several people who collectively own around 9M shares.  I wonder where we can get the actual total number of shares that were voted.  We should have got a much better valuation and higher interest in the new company.  Now if there was some votes that were withheld or changed then it can be concluded that there is a strong ...more

Well, about 24% of shareholders voted no.  That is about 116 x .24 = 28 million shares that voted no.  You can safely assume that any shares held by market makers would vote yes along with the BoD. I am sure we had almost all shares voting, especially on an important matter such as this.  At this point lets just hope that the Oxygen Group and Sprott are enough to push the Cordero ...more

There needed to be a 67% yes vote from the shareholders in order for this to get approved.  This vote passed with 76% voting yes.  10 million more shares were needed to vote no, so the vote was far from a slam dunk.
