Could LEGO takeover MB?

LEGO tried to shoot Mega Bloks down by litigations all around the world, which have been all cleared up. Is is possible that LEGO come to take over MB?

You would assume litigation was due to bad blood between CEOs.  Could not strike any kind of deal.Mega's top brass has moved around and litigation dying down.  Given that lego brand is picking up steam I would think it is a possibility.

this is what I daydream about every single day for the past 6 months.it does make sense for a bigger player to take over mega since they all want to expand/increase their market share in the construction category, especially the toddlers. however, i imagine a deal would be to hard to reach.1. they have missed the prime time to buy which is when fairfax chipped it; trying to explain to shareholders
