Ricky, please read my reply to kade1.Being bought out will not give us anything near what MDG is worth.Even if we were trading at $1.00 and PM gave us a 50% premium that is  still only $1.50 ...more

All PM would need is 50% plus 1. They could get  that easily to  carry the motion. Wouldn't matter what retail wants. Even if everyone (retail) voted against it it would still get ...more
