All people have strengths and weaknesses.  This is an example of a weakness. The understanding of renewable energy sounds as if it was written by an oil sands ostrich trying to be politically correct and fool people into prolonging fossil fuels and prolonging a greedy way of life. Renewable technology can power the world within 20 years while improving the economy. As well, today's technology can and has powered space craft post lift off. The only change required is a few political leaders like Canada, Australia, and Japan who water down change because of their pasts. Educate yourselves in the science and capitalize on its future ! Apologies for my tone, but it is a pet peeve of mine when people try to stall renewable potential. I have been there (fossils) and had to turn my back for the children's sake.
