RE:These are big, cumbersome projects that take years gather A good response. But when I said steam, I was alluding more to profitability. The costs involved in actually building the infrastructure are significant, take years of negotiation and, depending on the level of involvement during project development, multiple stages of permitting and/or regulatory review and compliance. I am thinking particularly of wind and hydro on that front.

I will not argue that management and failure to produce increasing revenues and earnings leave something to be desired. But I do believe that they are building up signficant infrastructure in the right places and at the right time. There is no guarantee that this group will make it soar, but it's a reasonably big bird they are building and I think they need a bit more runway to get it off the ground.
