Voted For TransactionBy now you should have received your proxy. I believe I received my proxy last week and I did vote, in line with my posts, in favor of the transaction.
Just as Mr. Beaty, I plan on holding my new shares in Innergex (INE) for the long-term. INE seems (at first glance) to be disciplined. I don't see many of AXY's board members (only 1 gets invited anyway) surviving and I am not certian many of AXY's management team will be around for the long-term (styles appear to be different - culture).
I will re-adjust my INE target for the AXY price targets I had, but I get over an 8% dividend yield (on my cost basis) while I wait.
I encourage you to exercise your right to vote as well.
