Did you look at the balance sheet what a big difference on the on total equity that 3 months previous. I think they are selling to cheap and will vote against. Did you see the packages they are getting and what Beaty is getting as a bonus, he was already charging a crazy fee for Axy to borrow from him.
The premium on the asset was only 12.7% on the assist and though $10 was more in line. Maybe we will see another offer.
i do like INE but they are getting a deal and think was was still glad I movedsome over alr already after the dividend .0125 yesterday cheers to the last dividend..
