Today: 3 million
So close to the offer price you wonder who might be accumulating. Would be great if it was another potential bidder!
No insider reports filed. 78 million shares or so outstanding so threshold must be around 8 million. Do not know if Hudbay is blocked from market buys by securities regs, but typically equal treatment rules in a pure bid (as opposed to arrangement) situation would say no market buying by Hudbay while their offer is pending?
